Voran Funeral Home


Voran Ambulance Service was in operation 1952 - 1971 Years ago it was common for funeral homes to also have an ambulance service, which was the case for Voran Funeral Home. This 1969 Oldsmobile ran for 2 years before it was parked, when the funeral home discontinued the ambulance service. Everything is original and preserved as it sat unused for 38 years.



We at Voran Funeral Home finally brushed off the dust and re-started this unique ambulance in the summer of 2009.



Now our ambulance can be seen around town at various parades, cruises and community events.
